One accompanying person for an adult treated overseas

From 2027 the government announces coverage of the cost of one accompanying person for an adult receiving overseas treatment. The speech distinguishes this from the existing coverage of both parents when a patient is a child. It gives no fixed allowance, eligible-expense list or claim cap. Approval and reimbursement rules need official guidance.
